Month-of Package
This package is for the brides that are dead-set on DIY. If you are into details or prefer to have more control of the planning process, this is the way to go! I swoop in on the day of the wedding/event so you can relax and enjoy the fruits of your labor.
Consultation at least 5 weeks prior to wedding/event day - 2 hours maximum

Consultation 1 week prior to the wedding/event day - 2 hours maximum
During consultation we will go over what you would like our team to do.
Do you want us to:
Direct the ceremony and the reception?
Set-up decorations?
Go over timelines with other vendors when they arrive?
Add-on a breakdown option?
What items on your list are still pending that we can help with?
On the Day of the wedding our team will work on the things we discussed during the consultation.
These tasks will be specifically laid out in the contract.
Add-ons services are available i.e. place cards, timelines, breakdown
Midway Package
This package is for the couples that have several things to finish up in the planning process and would like some help midway between their event date.
Consultation at least halfway prior to wedding/event day - 2 hours maximum
Consultation 2 weeks prior to the wedding/event day - 2 hours maximum
Consultation 1 week prior to the wedding/event day - 2 hours maximum
(Can be in person, over video conference, phone or e-mail)
Prior to the wedding we will liaise with vendors to make sure there are no loose ends or details that need to be hashed out, we will create a timeline for all vendors, confirm the floor plan and/or assigned seating, make place cards for each setting, etc.
On the Day of the wedding/event we will set-up decor, collaborate with vendors, put out place cards, direct ceremony and do anything else we have talked about during the consultations.
These tasks will be specifically laid out in the contract.
Add-ons services are available i.e. breakdown, gift collection/distribution, leftover alcohol collection/distribution, etc.
VIP Package
We recommend booking this package if you would prefer to have a professional opinion from start to finish. Our team will be there to walk you through any questions or ideas you may have. This package is best for clients that would like to go all out with their decor and/or have a complex order of events.
Consultation at least 3 months prior to wedding/event day - 2 hours maximum
Walk-Thru at the venue - 1.5 hours maximum
Tasting - 2 hours maximum
Consultation 2 weeks prior to the wedding/event day - 2 hours maximum
Consultation 1 week prior to the wedding/event day - 2 hours maximum

After the wedding/event we will breakdown decor, collect/distribute gifts appropriately, collect/distribute leftover alcohol.
